have nothing good to say about this reader. I couldn’t get the handwriting feature to work, the touch feature is fickle, often I had to press hard to get it to change to the page I wanted, other times just the lightest of touches was all it took. After reading one book, It totally locked up on me and I couldn’t get it to work no matter what I did. I tried emailling the U.S. Hanvon tech support on their website, and never got a response. So I boxed it up and sent it back to where I purchased it, and bought a sony reader instead. I would think that at the price I paid for it, it would have a touch screen that allows you to use your fingertips and change the page that way also. Apparently the tech dept is non-existant which leads me to say I will never buy another Hanvon product knowingly
